Welcome
Digital Madison has been on the Internet since 1996. And despite some lousy hosts out there (can you say FeaturePrice?), it's not going anywhere.

There are no banner ads here, and there is nothing for sale. For the most part, digimad.com is a recreational hobby for its owner, David Zavadsky. In the past, it was also the home of Eric Obershaw's excellent Japanese castle site, which can now be found here. More recently, it's been the home of e-mail addresses for friends who are tired of changing addresses when their ISPs change.

Nothing fancy, then. Until you look at the code underlying some of the site's pages, that is...

Well, digimad.com is back online. FeaturePrice was flaky for a while, and then they were bought by Atlantic.net, but Atlantic.net never secured the hardware my site was running on and it went down today (July 1, 2003). One of these days I'll get around to running my own server and I'll be sure to do it right.
